Convert old derelict Presbytery into family home whilst keeping as much of the original features intact.
We re-planned the downstairs living areas back into the original layout of two large rooms.
We reintroduced the chimneys which had been previously removed. We converted the derelict adjoining outbuilding to create a new kitchen dining area.
As this was a listed building all original sliding sash windows were refurbished to maintain the original character of the building.
Crafts people were involved throughout this renovation project to create many of the features which were beyond repair i.e. internal window shutters, skirting and architraves, timber and tile flooring and cornice details.
