Our Services.

At Oliver Daly Architects our fees are broken down into lump sum fixed fees for each stage of the project and we do not base our fees on percentages of build costs. We believe that this offers more transparency to our clients with excellent value for money and they can be assured that there will be no hidden extras. We aim to make this process as straight forward as possible for you.

We proceed only once you are happy with the agreed services and fees. We carry out the full Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) service which means taking your project from inception to completion. However every project is unique and clients have different needs. We can tailor our services to your specific needs which might be a design only service or you might require our full service from start to finish.

You decide on how involved you want us to be and our fee will reflect that level of involvement.
